Doug Davis has been catering as long as he has been in the restaurant business, and under his ownership, The Shack's catering operation has grown exponentially. We have retained our customer base throughout the years by serving only the best boiled crawfish and shrimp, fried seafood, jambalaya, etouffee and gumbo.
We cater anywhere in America. We have boiled crawfish in Pennsylvania, catered a party for Super Bowl 44 in Miami, fried seafood for the Eric Trump Foundation in San Antonio, and fried frog legs and duck strips in Jowl, New Mexico. The phrase, "anytime, anywhere" is what we live by.
